Alrighty, I know what I did not read last summer. Mark Hillringhouse's encyclopedic photo-memoir "The New York School Poets" came out in Literary Review 48.4 Summer 2005. Some highlights making it worth the read are B for Berrigan, D for Denby (esp. about his dance criticism), G for Godfrey, G for Guest (esp. what she left out of her original interview with him), and N for Notley.
