Due to schedule conflicts I won't be playing ultimate again until the spring season. The league, though, plans to hold its first ever indoor season this winter. Here in this FAQ the commissioners offer a bit of advice: Q. Indoor Ultimate seems very dangerous. How do I layout? A. Please exercise good judgment when playing ultimate indoors so as to prevent avoidable injuries. Kneepads are recommended, and some regular ultimate moves will be difficult to do safely. |

um... yeah. i think it's wise of you not to play indoor. i hope your team still has uncrunched members by the time the outdoor season starts.
Yes, we need winter to heal.
Or as Ted Berrigan says:
"In the Winter, switch to heroin, so you won't catch pneumonia. / In the Spring, go back to speed."
